I tired to get my sons ear pierced at…
I tired to get my sons ear pierced at Claire’s accessories in Westfield shopping centre. The lady was very rude. Never had any patience. We were there for 2 hours. She never had any good customer service. Don’t get your ear pierced from them. Poor service. Won’t be going back.

i know a lot of people who have gone here to get their ears pierced and the result is never good. one of them was lopsided and weren't even. another's got really badly infected

I am more than enthusiastic about…
I am more than enthusiastic about Claires. I had my right ear pierced at the first of June and my left ear pierced July 9th. Both of these experiences were really pleasant and positive. Their 3 week healing solution really works extremely well, my right ear was healed in 19 days and I replaced starter ear stud with one I had recently purchased, no issues at all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Claires with no reservations at all. THANK YOU CLAIRES very much.

Don’t Order Online!!!!
I ordered something from them recently and they messed up the order because they use some idiotic convoluted shipping method where the order starts with UPS then gets transferred to USPS. Claire customer service said there was nothing they could do when my order was messed up and they wouldn’t resend it, they could only refund me. I still haven’t been refunded and I just will never get my order. I will never order anything from this company again. It’s ridiculous! I would give zero stars if possible.

NOT PROFESSIONAL IN PIERCING EARS. Please do not let your children be subjected to the unhygienic, unenthusiastic and lack of knowledge team. They claim they have experience via training but we ourselves went to different stores and was given conflicting aftercare advice they actually said the other store had a reputation of having issues and people returning. Honestly your children are precious and if you was thinking like us your child will receive a nice experience to make the ear piercing as nice as it could be, you will thank me for just taking your child to a jeweller where you will receive the correct job, good earrings and proper aftercare advice. They have lots of bad press as a brand just do a simple Google. Do not let another child end up in hospital because of marketing tactics that lure them in.

Bought hoop earrings today

Horribly OVERPRICED
I was absolutely horrified when I saw the prices on the items in this store. The quality is mediocre at best. I picked up a pop it pencil case that looked like it should be about 5$ and it was 25$. All of the products are priced like this. It was shocking.

So had my nose pierced on the 26 of…
So had my nose pierced on the 26 of April and the nose stud came out on the Wednesday when back to were I had it pierced and the Lady in the shop said they was nothing that they could do trying to put the nose stud back in so I m to put it back in when on holiday and the nose stud came out this time I must have lost it when we got back from holiday trying to ring custom service On the phone for over 1hour so I sent them a message and still waiting to hear back from them .

Customer Service Blaming Customer for Faulty Product
I ordered three sets of earrings. One of the sets was canceled because they didn't have any even though it said they did, as well as I was never notified that it was canceled. The other two sets were thin metal hoops that I couldn't get them to close in my ears. I sent them back for a refund and they said that one of the sets I damaged because of the way I opened the package. Mind you, the packaging had a black styrofoam box on the back of it and I had to tear the paper to even get it off and the earrings out. Nor did I damage it because it was perfectly fine until trying to get it to close. The second set I couldn't get to close because it's also thin and cheap metal. No matter how much strength I used, I couldn't get the hoops bar to go back in. I put everything in the 11 by 8 envelope and they're saying that one of the earrings from the second set is missing. Knowing that I couldn't get the earring to clasp back around the original packaging, it's probably sitting at the bottom of the envelope. They're telling they can't issue a refund now for their faulty product and are putting the blame on me that I damaged them.

Horrible ear piercing
I got my ears pierced from Claire's and a couple day later I got an ear infection and after that I have had something round and hard in my ear so Claire's need shut down for nasty reasons of it being nasty

NEVER SHOP AT CLAIRES WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered $75 in gift cards from my granddaughter's bday on 3/3/21 and got them 2 1/2 months later on 5/17. It was a disappointment and aggravation. Claire's froze the cards on March 17 and gave me a refund about a week later. To my surprise on 5/17 they showed up. I called for a return label not knowing they cards were no longer valid. The rep agreed to let my granddaughter use the cards for all the aggravation and disappointment, she obviously did not know the cards were no longer valid. I took her shopping on June 6hs, she had fun and when we tried to pay were told the cards were frozen. I spoke to supervisors, Adena, and others who would not honor Lisa, the rep's, words to allow my granddaughter to have the $75 in cards for all the aggravation and disappointment and would not replace the frozen cards. See below, I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

If you want me to return the items, please send an overnight label so that I can track it only once so that I don't have to keep tracking it until it is received. This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter, her birthday is March 31st and it's something she asked for. She was very disappointed when. I told her it never arrived. If your company would prefer, they can allow her to keep the gift cards for all of the inconvenience and disappointment it caused both my granddaughter and myself. .

I've ordered with Claire's now a total…
I've ordered with Claire's now a total of three times, the first one arrived in 29 days with their standard free shipping, by the way I live in Portland Oregon. The second one wasn't delivered at all, because of the shipping label being incomplete. The third I ordered express shipping on, 7 days later it's still not here. I called Claire's to get a refund on the express shipping. They said they didn't handle refunds of shipping... All this and they lost a customer.

WORST STORE CHAIN EVER!
CLAIRE'S IS THE WORST CHAIN OF STORES THERE IS! WENT TO THE FRISCO, TX CLAIRE'S INSIDE THE STONEBRIAR CENTRE WITH MY 15-YEAR-OLD TO GET HER EARS PIERCED, I'M HEARING IMPAIRED, AND YES I MADE THIS KNOWN, PLUS IT WAS ON MY DRIVING LICENSE WHEN SHE LOOKED AT IT FOR INFORMATION! THE LADY WHO WAITED ON MY KID NEVER TOLD HER THE PRICE OF THE EARRINGS THAT SHE PICKED, NEVER EVEN WROTE IT ON PAPER EITHER. I'M THINKING THAT THIS WAS ESTABLISHED THROUGH CONVERSATION WITH MY DAUGHTER, BUT NOW IT WASN'T UNTIL HER EARS WERE DONE AND WE GOT TO THE COUNTER. I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THEY'RE NO BETTER, THAT WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! THEIR ATTITUDES ARE HORRIBLE! THEY ASKED FOR A COPY OF THE RECEIPT AND WAIVER, I SENT THEM BOTH. THEY TOLD ME THAT IT'S NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO BECAUSE THE PRICE IS ON THE WAIVER WHICH IS A VERY BIG BIG LIE! THE PRICE IS NOWHERE ON THERE! THEY ARE FAR FROM PROFESSIONALS. SHE HANDED ME THE WAIVER TO FILL OUT BEFORE SHE EVEN DID THE JOB, BUT THE CUSTOMER IS WRONG? SHE NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THE PRICE TO MY KID. Went to Claire's with my daughter. We always check the clearance rack among other things. They had a sign that said 12 for 12 off jewelry and hair. So we picked out 12 items along with other things and went to the cashier. Half of our items rang in for the 12 for 12 and the other half didn't. We went back and swapped them again and tried for 12 or 12. Still would not ring up right we went back a third time and everything we bought got was off the rack that said 12 for 12 and the third time they still didn't ring up right the clerks told us there was nothing that they could do even though we were picking hair and jewelry stuff from the cell rack not the first time that this has happened irritated that they don't honor what they say is the price.Don't go to Claire's in the pine ridge Mall in Chubbuck Idaho.
